This role involves promoting the Chamber’s benefits, services, and programs to prospective and existing members. The Director will represent the Chamber at various events and meetings, providing key support in enhancing member engagement and satisfaction.
Employment Type & Benefits:
• Full-time, salaried position with benefits
• Standard work hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required
• Benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance, short-term/long-term disability, matching 401k, paid time off, and 12 paid holiday.

Heather Honaker supported a first responder and their family on their all-expenses-paid vacation to Walt Disney World.
Captain Allison Bissette, an Emergency Services Worker, and her daughter Avery who live in Eastern, North Carolina, received an all-expenses-paid, weeklong vacation to Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida.
"Being there to help guide and support this special family has meant so much to me," said Heather Honaker, Board Member for Rewarding Responders. "Being a part of a first responder family myself, I know how important and refreshing a vacation can be for a family unit" says Heather.
